Procedure

  1. In a side kettle add components of PhaseA one by one, mixing until complete incorporation between each addition.
  2. In the main kettle weigh components of Phase B and heat to 75-80 C,mix well until everything is fully molten and homogeneus. Cool down to 50 C. 
  3. Heat face A to 50 C.
  4. Add phase A to Phase B while continuos mixing, keep mixing until a uniform mixture is visible and it cools down to room temperature.
