Procedure

  1. In the main kettle weigh Phase A and mix well until the powders are evenly mixed.
  2. Add Phase B and micropulverize pigments well enough until no streaking is visible and an even colour is seen.
  3. In a side kettle, weigh and mix Phase C and add onto main kettle, mix well until powder mixture is fully moisturized.
  4. Sieve 3 or 4 times for even particle size.
  5. Pressed powder in container.
