Procedure

In the main kettle, add the 50% of the total weigh of the water and the Carboxymethyl cellulose, mix with constant agitation until the CMC is fully dispersed. Continue adding the rest of the water and the CMC with constant agitation.
Add the rest of the ingredients from Phase A and mix until an homogeneous gel is visible.
In a side kettle, weigh Phase B and mix with slow agitation to prevent foam formation.
Add Phase B in the main kettle and keep mixing with slow agitation until the gel is completely homogeneous.
