Procedure

Add ingredients from Phase A one by one in the main kettle and mix until uniform. Allow each ingredient to fully disperse between each addition.
Weigh Phase B in a side kettle and mix. Once it is fully dispersed add it to the main kettle.
Weigh Phase C and heat to 40° C, mix until uniform
At 25° C add Phase D to Phase C and mix. Slowly add this mixture in the main kettle under stirring and keep mixing until uniform.
