    Procedure

    1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle and heat batch 80-85 °C, until fully molten, mix well.
    2. Keep temperature and add Phase B, keep on mixing until full incorporation.
    3. Lower temperature to 60°C.
    4. In a side kettle weigh Phase C and add to main kettle, mix well until no streaking is visible (make sure to test often).
    5. Add Phase D and continue mixing until a full and homogeneous incorporation of pearls.
    6. Pour while hot.
