Weigh Phase A in the main kettle and mix with homogenizer until uniform. Mix for at least 15min.
Add ingredients of Phase B following the order shown while mixing. Allow each powder to fully disperse/develop between each addition. Mix until uniform.
Add Phase C and keep mixing for 15-20min until uniform.
Add Phase D and mix until all is uniform.
