In a side kettle, weigh the first three ingredients of Phase A, mix with constant agitation until no lumps are visible and an homogeneous gel is formed. Then, add the Tween 20 and mix.
In the main kettle, mix Phase B.
Add Phase A into Phase B and mix until an homogeneous gel is formed.
Add ingredients from Phase C in the main kettle with continuous mixing
